Hi, I’m Julia Rubinstein - a cybersecurity consultant based in Melbourne, helping small and mid-sized businesses build practical, sustainable security foundations.

My background is in cybersecurity operations and risk management, working with organizations that range from startups finding their footing to established multi-national teams modernizing their approach. I started Rubin Cyber to bring that expertise to businesses that don’t need enterprise-sized budgets - just clear guidance, realistic roadmaps, and someone who actually listens.
